1.1. Our refund policy applies to paid Webinar/Mentorship Program available on Win Like Like A Warrior.

1.2. Refund requests must be made within 2 days from the date of purchase. After this period, refund will not be processed.

Valid Reasons for Refund:

2.1. Webinar Inaccessibility: If you are unable to access the course content or experience any technical difficulty that prevent you from benefiting from the course. When you are  seeking for a refund, please contact our support team with detailed information about the issue you are facing.

2.2. Dissatisfaction with Webinar/Mentorship Program Content: While we strive to provide high-quality Webinar Content/Mentorship Program , we understand that personal preferences at times may vary. If you are dissatisfied with the webinar content, you can then  provide specific reasons for your dissatisfaction and request for a refund.

Non-Eligible Reasons for Refund:

3.1. Change of Mind: If you change your mind at later stage or decide that the Webinar Content/Mentorship Program is not what you expected after elapse of 2 days, it does not qualify as a valid reason for a refund. We provide detailed course descriptions and previews to help you make an informed decision before purchasing.

3.2. Failure to Meet Webinar/Mentorship Program Requirements: It is your responsibility to ensure you meet the prerequisites and requirements for a Webinar/Mentorship Program before enrolling. If you are unable to complete a course due to lack of  necessary prerequisites or requirements, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Process:

• Your full name and contact information.
• Order details (Order Number, Webinar/Mentorship Program Name, Date of Purchase).
• Reason for requesting a refund including any supporting document.

4.2. Our support team will review your refund request and respond within 3 business days. If additional information is required, they will reach out to you for clarification.

4.3. If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund using the original payment method within another 3 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.

Webinar/Mentorship Program Cancellation:

5.1. In exceptional cases, where we have to cancel a Webinar/Mentorship Program due to unforeseen circumstances or instructor unavailability, you will be eligible for a full refund. We will notify you as soon as possible and provide alternative options, if available.
